Boz North sponsored by Caer Urfa coffee has done it again another fantastic walk completed this time along Hadrians Wall 84 miles from Bowness on Solway to Segedunum at Wallsend – check out his blog - we took 4 days to complete this walk with a final push on the last day of 30 miles.

In July Boz North and his TA buddies are taking part in the International Four Day Marches Nijmegen (or Vierdaagse) it’s the largest marching event in the world. It was started in the Netherlands in 1908 as a means of promoting sport and exercise.

A variety of category’s apply but Boz will be completing the Military category:

Military category:

• 40 km x 4 days - Wearing uniform + at least 10 kg backpack for persons ages 18-49 (+ water, etc.)

• 50 km x 4 days
